Dr Ajeet Kumar, PhD, has over 15 years of experience in System Assurance and RAMS management in Transportation Industries with cross-functional integration of Civil, Infrastructures, and Railways Systems.
He holds a Doctorate in Reliability Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is a member of IET and IEEE. He has contributed many research articles and white papers for national & international journals, conference proceedings and magazines. Dr Kumar is one of the authors of the book “Early Software Reliability Prediction, a fuzzy logic approach”, Springer-Verlag, USA.
He has conducted more than 100 invited lectures for industry and academia. He is passionate to conduct short courses on System Assurance, Railway RAMS & CENELEC Standards. He supported many Railway Projects such as Doha Metro Project, Sydney Metro Project, Hyderabad Metro Project, and Invensys Rail UK & USA.
Area of expertise: System Assurance, RAMS Management, Safety analysis, design review and safety case development.
