Dr Rajarshi Gupta

Dr. Rajarshi Gupta is currently Assistant Professor at Instrumentation Engineering Section, Dept. of Applied Physics, University of Calcutta, India. His research interests include Biomedical data compression, Telecardiology, Biomedical signal analysis and embedded systems. His other technical interests are process automation and intelligent sensing.
Dr. Rajarshi Gupta is Sr. Member of IEEE(USA), Member IET-UK, Biomedical Engineering Society of India (BMESI) and Life Fellow of IETE (India). He was a member of South Asia Communities Committee (SACC), IET and Hony. Secretary of IET Kolkata Network during 2011-2013. He is currently a member of Executive committee in IEEE Kolkata Network and IET Kolkata network.
Area of expertise: Biomedical Instrumentation, Telecardiology, Health monitoring systems.
